New Player-Looking for Bow Build

Hey all, new to the game, just completed my first normal playthrough on a claw shadow, and starting to pickup the knowledge on the game a bit more.

Im looking to create a new char with a bow build, either using ROA or any effective ELE, and any advice would be appreciated. Not sure on even what class to start as since i wont be having a ton of great gear to level with. Been scouring the forums for decent builds since i am still pretty new but it seems as a lot of the builds are now obsolete due to the patches. Thanks for any help!

Check the ranger forum, should have a few good bow builds that are still viable.
