Scion Archer (need feedback)

I'm still pretty new was working on a build with high dodge , high critical chance / multiplier and a decent amount of armor when i do get hit .

Gems
Split arrow -Lesser Multiple projectiles -life gain on hit .
could use help on other gems

would love some feedback on how to improve the build , gem selection or if this build just looks bad and i should scrap it lol

the passive tree looks somehow inefficient
