Sound in background BUG - not yet fixed

Sounds still remain even if game is not in focus. The only way to switch sounds off when not in focus is to alt-tab, but there are multiple other ways to switch apps, and then the sounds remain active in the background. For example press windows key and then click on a running application from the taskbar. Windows 7 64 bit
