Paid Leagues suggestion

Hi. The info on paid leagues implies that there are "choices", maybe like a checkbox list or dials to be cranked on various aspects of game difficulty. BUT, what if players negotiate with GGG to invent highly customized leagues which are more than just tweaks to difficulty? For instance, certain nodes, skill gems, and item mods are simply gone. Think of the possibilities.

Also, how many players would typically have to pool together to make a custom league? Can one person front the entire bill and be king of his domain, like Charlie in his chocolate factory?
Not having certain skill gems or mods available could probably be done via checkboxes as well. Nodes would be more difficult since you'd have to change the links of surrounding nodes as well(unless instead of removing the nodes altogether, they were replaced with some generic bonus like +20 stat points instead).

As for "negotiating" with GGG directly, that would probably not be possible or if it was, it'd have to be VERY expensive to make it worth their time and to prevent it from being something that EVERYONE wants to do. And even after all that, they would probably either still need the exact same type of interface to customize it as we would get or would need to spend a LOT of time reprogramming stuff to make it work.
