sorry that you haven't received your kiwi pet yet! Have you tried clicking on the green microtransaction "$" button ingame near your skills in the bottom right? See if he's hiding in there.. Otherwise support will get back to you on Monday NZ time for sure, there's no one in the office at the moment. Be sure to email Support@grindinggear.com too. Level Designer/Dungeoneer
