Lightning Arrow Scion

Hello everyone!

I am currently starting my first nemesis character (previously played softcore summoner witch and facebreaker scion), and I was hoping for some passive build advice.

A little introduction to my thought process: I chose Sion for the nice early access to health. I plan on grabbing Iron Reflexes, and hitting a few more health nodes along the way. However, I am a bit aimless currently in terms of where to go to find some more damage on the tree.

My build so far is here (http://goo.gl/mxVdcg). I'm thinking of heading up to the ranger tree to grab a few points after getting the additional Frenzy charge.
