Exception Error

On the update launcher, I get an exception error saying "'WorldAreas_Row': The format of a game data file cannot be read, is it out of date?". I already deleted content.ggpk and re-downloaded the update and I also ran the PackCheck and it didn't find anything. It just kept popping up this error when I start the launcher. Help, PLEASE!

Try removing it from the steam library and adding it again.

It seems to work when I open it from "Client.exe" instead of "Path of Exiles.exe".
