Scion Crit Spectral Throw

Hi,
i'm planing to go for a Crit Spectral Throw build but i could need some help with it please.

I prepared 2 Builds:
ES + CI


HP Based


5L - Spectral Throw + Faster Projectiles + LMP + Power Charge on Crit + ([HP] Life Gain on Hit | [ES] Life Leech) + [if i ever get a 6L] Add Fire DMG
4L - Reduces Mana + Discipline + Clarity + [If i have enough Mana] Purity
4L - Double Strike + Multistrike + Faster Attacks + [Whatever]

So far i took the Skillpoint at "Deal with the Bandits" on Normal.

Can someone give me some tips what i could do better and tell me plase if one of these builds can survive the endgame content ?
