Please tell me how this build looks for hc nemesis

Will this work for a spectral throw 2h sion, I'm pretty new with builds so i'm kinda wingin it but I spent a while studying the tree and this is what I came up with. You guys think it'll keep me alive assuming I have mediocre gear? I tried to put a lot of points into survivability because staying alive is obviously the priority for nemesis. Did I focus too much on survivability with not enough damage, or did I not get enough survivability? I appreciate taking the time to look this over and I hope you can help me out.

This is only a 60 point build I really would appreciate some feed back.
