CI Fireball Scion

CI Fireball Scion, I'm still new to this and wanted some advice/comments/critiques and recommendations for the build laid out.

Bandits: I'm planning on getting Passives for all of them due to how the HP (which is usually the best choice) becomes irrelevant to me :|

I'm planning to use this build as a base for my other 2 characters (Freezing Pulse and a Lightning Based Toon which I'm also looking for recommendations for in terms of what attacks.)
