upgrading to kiwi pack?

it doesn't say i will get a key for upgrading to kiwi pack... is this a glitch, or is it because i already put in 10 bucks to get a key for a friend.

No it's not a glitch. You receive the difference when upgrading packs.

Going from Standard/Support -> Kiwi will not give you another key because you already received one, you will get a Kiwi and 150 or 100 more points, however.
