Forced display mode issue (patch 1.0.0g)

After patch 1.0.0g , I can no longer use the Windowed Fullscreen of my preferred resolution. Somehow the game 'forced' it to my native resolution.

I have a 1280x1024 (4:3) display monitor.

Before 1.0.0g:
- Display Mode = Windowed FS (1280x960) = my preferred resolution.

After 1.0.0g:
- Display Mode = Windowed FS (1280x960) = the game forced it to Fullscreen 1280x1024 = my native resolution.

If I tried to use Windowed 1280x960, the game just change it to a weird resolution (1264x946(Custom)). This never happened before patch 1.0.0g.

I tried different, acceptable resolution (1280xZZZ) with Windowed FS but to no avail.

Is this intended? I really like my preferred resolution as before since I always alt+tabbing for Internet browsing / IM.

Using 'Windowed' is a no-no for me since I like borderless Windowed FS while playing.
