Missing Unique Item!

Hi there,

We played Coward's Trial last night and i got Abyssus Ezomyte Burgonet dropped, i was well happy as it's perfect for my Shadow. I've put it to my stash which is quite limited and full and went on to do another map. When i got back the item was gone , there was just an empty square where i've put it ?

Am I experiencing some kind of weird glitch ? Did this happen to anyone before ?

I'm really bummed about this, it was the first time i got a unique that i could actually use.
