Arrow speed Keystones not showing in stats.

If you will get the passives 15% + 15% arrow speed from Piercing Chance area they will not display in your character status. I currently have 48% projectile speed from the support gem , no increase from those passives tough. I checked if it increases attack speed with the bow or if the passive apply only to normal arrows but i can't find any specifications about this increase in my character status. Anyone can explain how it should work?
