Ice spear remains after a kill

After killing a monster with ice spear linked with fork a copy of the ice spear appears in midair where the monster was killed along with the 2 ice spears created by fork. These remain forever. They do disappear if you go far enough away and then return.

Location: Normal, Hardcore, Act 2, Crossroads

How to replicate: Kill a monster with an activated ice spear linked with fork.

When: 12/5/2012, 9:30 PM EST after the patch

Edit: It appears that this bug happens on hit and the monster does not need to be killed by it.
