The library quest shows yellow, even after completing it.

The library quest has an issue, it shows yellow even after completing it. I delivered allthe 4 golden pages, got my reward and still now the quest is yellow. The issue is not only for me, a couple of friends told me that they got the same problem. The icon on that quest is yellow even after the completion of the quest. Keep up the good work guys. I have same thing for Baleful Gem quest. I already finished it and moved on to act 3, but that quest still is active.
My wife stole 10 levels from me, and my job stole another 2. That is why I am still level 88.
