Audio balance between music & npc

Was noticing when I trigger one of the Npc chats sometimes the music in the background can wash out the voice. Wondering if music should be auto lowered when higher priority sound file is triggered?
Moved to the Audio Feedback forum, so the right peeps will see it!
Balance & Design
The plan is to have a ducking system where music and ambient sounds will lower in volume during dialogue & other certain events. Its on the to do list!
