Terrain client is out of sync with server

"Terrain Generator for the client is out of sync with the server"
this is the message i get every time i try to load into The Riverways. I have Ctrl+click and made new instances, tried on different characters, different acts and difficulty, restarted computer, waited almost 6 hours now and i still cannot enter The Riverways. please help This thread has been automatically archived.
