pvp bug, if you die after winning the 5 battles you need to log out to continue

I came a cross this glitch yesterday in pvp.

If after you have won the 5 battles you die, say from viper strike or a trap you stay dead while the portal to the city is open. I could not find a solution to this, I had to log out and log in.

With all the players running around with viper and bear trap he chances of this happening are not slim.

Didn't post the /debug and screenshots because this does not seem like a bug but rather something that was not planed for.
I can post it if needed just need to find someone to reproduce.
