Does not seem to be affecting clarity, grace, or discipline.I double checked my character sheet and evasion,mana regen ,etc. did not change at all after applying inner force.

Yes and also used several regrets to verify.

I tested on a local copy of your character, and it does seem to be increasing all stats correctly on your character description.
