returning player - scion bow build ?

Hello,

im returning after a while to the game. As expected my old build is gone, and the old links don't work anymore so i am atm a bit stuck getting a plan.
I left the game around the time when the onslought league started. Played a witch with a selfmade RoA/EB build based on the (at that time) popular marauder RoA BM build.

Anyway, i thought i start over with a scion (which seems anyway to be a nice starting point for poeple like me that rather respec a whole character then making a new one)

So, any suggestions for a build here ?
At best (if they are still that great working) a RoA or LA build.

edit: just saw comparing the items to wiki, the Thunderfists have been nerfed. Just of cuirousity, how much are those prenerf worth ?
