Need help with lightning strike + discharge scion build~!

Hey guys, I am quite new to the game.. I've been thinking of building a scion which gain charge using lightning strike then discharge them. I need enough str and dex to equip the weapon and the gem while having a huge pool of mana for auras and the skill to spam~ I've messed up with the passive skill tree for a little bit and I've got no idea on how to fix it.. Your help is much appreciated..
