Use fresh garlic. Diced it up and put it in the oil for a few minutes before the chicken. Trust me. Fucking awesome!

I also like to start with some white wine and butter with the Olive oil and reduce it down before adding the garlic. With a pinch of salt, fresh cracked pepper and red pepper flakes. But that's just me.
