Seems like the achievements I pinned to my account profile have gone wrong somehow? i can no longer see what i have pinned and pinning anything else results in this message 'There was an error adding this pin'.

i have the same problem, after clicking on some pins the pin list is not showing at profile anymore, but all activated things still have pin icon (seems it should hide while already activate) and when i click on these pins i see 'There was an error adding this pin'.

This issue should be fixed now. Some accounts had an old version of an achievement pin that was causing issues, this pin has been cleared from all accounts.
