"Totem Placement Speed" node broken (part 1)

The node's title clearly states "Placement" and description only about "Casting Speed for Summoning Totem" (not summonED).
 Just for example, another node which separates all this terms

Result
 Summoning speed improved from 1.02s to 0.89 but casting speed for spells inreased by 14% (from -2 to 12). Don't know if it gives attack speed to ranged attack totem too...
