Has anyone figured out whether any of the new gems are quest rewards?

Specifically, will the Templar get any (besides arc, I'm well aware of arc)?

I have a level 47 templar and I'd like to know whether I should continue and hope for chain, fork, or fire penetration, or if I should restart.

Every new gem is a quest reward except chain. Not sure about devouring totem never seen it linked in chat even once.
The resist penetration gems first appear from medicine chest quest in cruel on a witch, so my guess is around the same time with templar. Fork is a normal reward for the dex classes.

yeah witch gets alot of the new ones like fork, arc, the new curses, and the penetrations at low levels. (aka norm)
