Guild Point Donation - Error?

Hello. A friend and guildmate of mine donated 50 points to the guild (I am the guild leader), I received a message online verifying the 50 points was transferred, but it has not been added to the guild point fund. Can you please respond to this in a timely manner, we are looking to buy a guild stash tab, and my friend still lost his 50 points. Thank you.
