Perfect stats on Meginord's Girdle

There seems to be nowhere specifically I can ask this, but does anyone know the max stats on Meg Grd?
Seems the highest ive seen is 35 str and 18% cold rez, but its gotta go higher If "ifs" and "buts" were candy and nuts, wouldn't it be a Merry Christmas?

Its 35 STR and 20 % cold resist.

The only variable stats on meggie's are the implicit and the cold res, going up to 35 and 20% respectively. It's easy to get a perfect roll.
