Nemesis Merciless, am I fucked?

Lets start off with my build:

My plan was to use ground slam with a mace, however my damage is really bad, and my survivability is also really bad. The character is just all round shit. Is there any way I can make this character useful? Either by using other skills or refunding some passives and speccing towards something else.

What do you guys think? This is the first time I ever got to merciless in a HC league so I honestly have no idea what I'm doing.
