planning a Cyclone, Spectral Throw build

my main Standard League Marauder got a forced re-spec, and I don't even remember what his tree used to be like, so I decided to build him from the ground up for a new set of skills.

I'm aiming at Spectral Throw as a secondary, Cyclone as primary, and things like Enduring Cry, Immortal Call, and maybe Molten Shell linked to trigger gems.

here's the tree so far. I only did a basic start so there are ~85 points more to spend.

please, go nuts :)
the only restrictions are, I want Resolute Technique, and maybe Blood Magic.
