Parts of maps missing: Solaris 2 Quest gives and Imp. Garden gate

Hey,
We have run Barracks 2 times on 2 occessaions to find Imperial Gardens entrance. Also, it seems that the quest giver is not always in Solaris 2. Best Cudez Who Are We? Where do we come from?
