Two handed Spectral Throe Point /blank Tank

The basis of my build is to pretty much follow path of life nodes strategy right now it is just a pssave tree and im lvl 28, im looking for some feedback because i build on both sides of the dullest tree and im not sure id there is more efficient way to do things here. this is the end end game version of my build.
