i just used a divine orb on a 52% andvarius and it rolled...............

isnt a divine orb supposed to change my properties? nothing happened.

" Unfortunately you chose an item that only have one explicit that could be changed, or so i assumed. The ring can roll from 50-70 right? You just got extremely unlucky and i've seen this happen with the same item before. A close friend of mine rolled an identical 60% with his divine. | |

divines reroll properties within the same bracket. so something with a glittering enchantment will roll anything within that glittering bracket. i assumes that divines CHANGE the roll. now i know they simply REROLL. thank you.
