Question about Warlord's Mark and Vulnerability

Greetings exiles,

i hope some one of you can help me with a little question.
When i cast Vulnerability and Warlord's Mark on a group of enemies are both effects active or only the last casted?

I don't have any idea how i could test it.

Last one unless you have a specific passive to put 2 curses on enemies.
