I don't think D3 is really over rated. People quickly called it out for what it is after release.

Disappointing yes, overrated no.

I'm throwing in +1 to baseball. I played it for 4 years (parents forced me) and our pitcher was one of the best in the league which made every other position a complete snore fest. Also our coach being an asshole didn't help much.

The graphics are phenomenal and the framerate never drops below 60.

not sure MOST, but one of them sure is borderlands, then its probably the newer COD modernwarfare and black ops games which are for some reason a great commercial succes even though they just recycle the same shit over and over, the latest assassins creed games as well(theyre milking those games big time), GTA 5 for sure, skyrim was overrated even though i enjoyed playing it(because im a TES fanboy)but it was just too easy and dumbed down for a larger audience, a thing that i hate.. and probably quite a few more

most new games are pretty overrated unfortunately..

also guys, overrated means a lot of people play it, like it and give it good reviews even though its bad, duke nukem, diblo 3, daikatana etc do not count, everyone knows those games failed even though a lot of people bought them because they were marketed well.

The stats and the skill trees are very underwhelming too, nothing amazing on ingenious there.

It also feels incredibly cluttered with damage numbers floating, stupid amounts of loot with flashing lights around it(which unforuntately is necesarry cause youd have no chance of seeing it otherwise), massive borders everywhere, you can barely make out where enemies are etc.

its just a mess from my expirience. And from what i understand the ending and geenral story was pretty dissapointing in the first borderlands.



Unreal on the other hand, thats a good game, UT 2004 was my favorite one, it was amazing
