I don't answer the phone...
I hate talking to people on it Whenever my mom picks it up and it's for me I always think (fuck...) I'm pretty bland, I just say: Yes, hello? If I lived on my own, I wonder if I would just unplug it, that would cause issues, then again, I probably don't care | |

It depends on who's calling..
If it's my dad, typically a good, enthusiastic "Pops". My twin sister gets a neutral "yes dear". My other sister gets a neutral "sis". Someone like my advisor at school gets a friendly "hello". Anyone else that I care to talk to just gets their name said to them. If I believe it to be a tele-marketer or other collector, it's "What do you want?", if I answer it at all.
