fire trap bug?

so im using fire trap and i got the +1 trap from shadow tree and i can still only use 3 traps?

With this passive you can set 4 traps in total. However the number of charges you have do not increase. That is, you will still only have 3 charges, which you can use to set the 3 traps and then you must wait for at least 1 trap charge to recharge before setting the 4th trap.
