It's a Claw:
 It'd have a Small Buckler type shield over the hand with a single/dual blade protruding. I am keen to throw the cash at GGG depending on how the changes between now and Christmas go. I dont think its too OP since: It restricts you to Dual Wielding Focusing on Frenzy and Endurance Charges (very spread out) Gives no Crit Chance No IAS bonus Is not BiS You could Easily find other Claws with higher DPS, better Leech etc. But it does make Dual Claw Blocking much more viable (something I am pretty fond of) Let me know what you think. Pretty cool! You should watch out the scaling, it seems it can go crazy quite fast.
You could add to it a mechanic I thought of a while ago, for claws: Chargestealer. If you hit an enemy with charges, you steal a random one. |

I just did the math, and with max frenzy charges this thing is 360~ dps. To reach max frenzy charges using frenzy will most likely only take 2 seconds or so, and you could even weapon swap to GMP quill rain frenzy or something silly to do it in half a second. I think its a bit too good honestly. Also I think this is just another weapon that would be insane with BoR. 20% chance to gain a endurance charge on hit? And a bonus for each of them? You'll be gaining life faster than you're even taking it with the blood dance in addition to this. I think it's a bit too good especially with no drawback, I don't consider claw/shield a drawback because you could ever integrate Aegis into this. (And swap to Saffels when you want the resists.)

Essentially, my favourite things in PoE. If possible I would like to talk to them about some sort of mechanic where, sustained fighting increases the benefits. Perhaps even outside the use of Frenzy/Endurance. But GGG will have far more wisdom about this, and its interactions with other Uniques + Unreleased uniques.
