Deleted characters from account

Hello
I have a problem: Today, I log into my account, and did not find my game characters. Yesterday, all the characters were in place. I dont have any ban messages. Also, I decided to go to the site to my personal account yesterday, and I was asked to create an account, but after that, all game characters have remained in place, and yesterday I was able to log into the game, and played in the evening. Please help me with this problem. |

" Sounds like you might have overwrote your account with a new account. This is usually correctable though by contacting support at the email address listed in the Contact Support link at the top of the page. They're the only ones who can help you out with this. Good luck. |
