Passive tree on site not showing

I returned from a long period of inactivity and can remember that the test passive tree on the site was working back then, but now that I've come back, it's not.

Is there any reason why the passive tree on the site isn't displaying?


Edit: I have internet explorer 10

usualy it's the browsers cache that needs cleaning when something like this happens.

clean cashe normal fix it,
i got same problem in explore, just press F5 to reload page a few times and it Work, tho i never got problems in chrome
