Could Not Open File

I entered the Upper Prison from the Lower Prison and got this:

 I had to click the ok like 5 times (I didn't count, but it was definitely more than 3) and then it loaded the Upper Prison. So far, so good playing there.... Support a free Hong Kong.

Same happens when you play the dungeon map.
The error pop 4 times. The place is still playable but has tons of huge black tiles Build of the week #9 - Breaking your face with style http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v_EcQDOUN9Y

I get the exact same thing happening when I try to enter a portal to a Crematorium Map. Same error code - and click ok 4 times and then it loads.

I have the same error. When i try to enter to the prison, i got this:
Spoiler
 (Yeah, in my case, i press alt+tab to view that :P) I tried to enter 5 times and nothing, the game crashes in that place. |
