Microtransaction incorrect!

I bought the Tikki spell totem effect, after looking through and seeing it says all totems. But it doesnt work on my flame totem!
As a open supporter, and regal supporter could I please have my refund back so I can buy something else instead. Many thanks. | |

Id like to buy the dragon ball effect instead as the spell totem efefct doesnt work on my char many thanks!

Please send us a message at support@grindinggear.com. We should be able to help you further there.
