When is the beta supposed to be open?

I'm sure I'm not the first one and not the last one to ask it, but I didn't find any satisfied answer, and best I found is 3 times 3 weeks from the 25 of july

There is no absolute date, the devs only said that they want open beta this year.
Proud 5th duelist in the Jul 1 2012 Ladder Race and in the Nov 3 2012 Solo Turbo Race :D

I would speculate about 30 days after the PvP patch.
That guess is based mostly on my own thinking and very little on official statements. " ... to let them know the game isn’t going to be very fair from here on out."
