Audio - game doesn't release sounds when minimized

When you alt-tab out of the game it should stop playing sounds when in full screen mode but it does not. This is the cause of many audio crashes since If I alt-tab out and do something that plays sounds I tend to get a BSOD. The game should not have such exclusive control of audio.

We plan to include an option to disable sound when minimized. Hopefully we're able to fix the Creative BSOD issue as well though!
