I suppose the TO has just yet verified his bank account, so in the future he will be just as able to pay in an instant like everyone else.

To OP:
I've had beta for over a year, and just bought kiwi pack.
It was an immediate transaction, could see it as soon as I clicked pay.
I paid via my paypal balance.
Not sure how you paid, but if it was paypal balance or paypal with CC then it should be immediate.

Best $25 spent on a game for 10 years.
