Client crashes while entering instances

I am having similar type problems failed to connect to instance, the witch is most notable with this problem, I am using windows 7, the client log shows no errors though, pack check doesn't fix it. Sometimes for hours it wont even log onto the witch, let alone be able to leave the town. Other characters seem to be able to sill connect sometimes' but this problem also is more notable on hardcore it seems
