Why don't you guys use kickstarter ?

After playing beta weekend for the first time, im impressed of the game graphic level and the overall performance. I think Kickstarter.com is a great website that would help Path of Exile alot... not everyone knows about this game. You really should try it I bet that you would suicide big time. Let other people know about the game. Lots of game services like IGN for example daily checks kickstarter for new games and inform people about them. Im sure that extra $ would help in developing game. Just do kickstarter ! ;]

As far as I know they did not use the kickstarter website because of certain requirements that have to be met to be featured on this site, and because kickstarter takes a decent share of the donated money.

Plus, all the sites that might talk about a PoE Kickstarter are already talking about PoE, so they'd not really get any extra publicity.

Kickstarter wasn't as popular as it is now at the point GGG started to gather money.
