Game wont get past the loading screen.

Hey. When I launch the game, it doesn't get past the loading screen at all. I downloaded the ggpk file which is located here,https://mega.co.nz/#!SYZFHB6T!RNe8xQ1DRtUcca3xT8otyzN_22xERlo8R8xoWxneJPg. Not sure why it's not loading, should I just uninstall? Also the file is from this forum

Just to confirm, do you get stuck on the loading screen after clicking 'Launch' on the updater?
