0.11.4 patch wont update last 8.19mb

i have downloaded the 0.11.4 patch torrent that has been floating around the forums and as worked for some people. After downloading the ggpk file and copying it over i have started the client with a 8.19mb update. When downloading this update it will just reset itself and start again at 0%

This is also happening to me.

Im just gonna leave it going for overnight.

im SURE I can download 8 megabytes in 8 hours. right?

It may be a good idea to try downloading the remainder of the patch through a VPN, as the symptoms you have been experiencing are similar to other cases where the ISP has a couple of corrupt cached files, and these files are causing the download to reset.
