Dual Strike not landing

Since the patch 10 minutes ago my dual strike is not landing at all. Both the swing and striking animations are there, but no damage. All other skills are working.

I can confirm that Dual strike does nothing, others reporting that ground slam is always critting.

Dual strike not hitting has just been fixed, expect a fix patch soon.
